| If you are interested in getting you new pet Microchip protected please read the following information. My Vet, Dr Mel, provides this service for a fee of $45. This includes the microchip being implanted, a metal collar tag that displays your pets microchip ID number and the recovery hotline phone number, the enrollment fee and your enrollment being filed with AKC CAR's by Dr Mel's office staff. If you have any questions you may contact Dr Mel or one of her helpful staff members and they will gladly help you. You will need to provide me with your name, address and phone numbers. An emergency contact name and phone number and of course your pets name. If you do not have a name yet you may update your records with CAR yourself at no charge. |
