| We would first like to ask that if you purchase a puppy from us that you agree to NEVER place this puppy in a shelter. We do not mean to imply that a shelter is not a safe place for your puppy...some of them are wonderful. We will gladly take the puppy back and make every effort to find him/her a safe and loving home. We work very hard to assure that your puppy will be well socialized, happy and healthy and if life or circumstances change and you are unable to keep the puppy he/she still deserves a happy and loving home. Please allow us the opportunity to find him/her that safe, happy and loving home. There is someone for everyone! |
| Deposits are non-refundable! If you are requesting a particular puppy be placed on hold it is your responsibility as the Buyer to print, sign, date and return the Deposit & Guarantee form to the Seller along with your deposit. By placing a deposit on a Puppy the Buyer agrees that they have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions herein. You can be placed on a waiting list without paying a deposit if there is room available. However please understand that your opportunity to pick a puppy is determined by the order in which deposits are received. A $300 Deposit is required to place a particular puppy on hold. Receipt of a deposit signifies the Buyers intent to complete the purchase transaction. Full and cleared payment is expected by the time your puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. This allows for shipping, delivery or pick up arrangements to be made. If your puppy remains with us past 8 weeks of age there will be a $7 a day charge for each day he/she is with us. We will continue to care for your puppy by giving shots, wormings, baths/groomings and any general care necessary for your puppy's well being. Seller has the option to remove puppy from hold status if not paid for in full by 12 weeks of age and place Puppy for sale with all monies paid being forfeited. If Seller determines the puppy should remain in Sellers care (as in the case of teacups or tiny toys) the $7 per day charge will not apply. If something unforeseeable happens to your puppy while in our care Buyer will have the option of a refund or may choose from another litter. Any changes to this contract must be in writing as well as signed and dated by both the Buyer and the Seller. Shipping is not included in the price of any puppy! Charges will vary depending upon Carrier used and the weight of your puppy. If shipping is needed the cost must be included with your final payment. Shipping cost will include the Health Certificate, shipping crate, the Carrier fee and a $35 travel expense fee. If Buyer is picking up puppy and making final payment at that time Cash will be the only form of payment accepted. In some cases your puppy can be hand delivered to you. Buyer is expected to pay for fuel expense and lodging if an overnight stay is expected due to distance driven. If it helps. I am willing to meet for delivery of Puppy within 75 miles of my home with no charge. Health Guarantee. To the best of Sellers knowledge this puppy is in good health and is well socialized. We have taken every precaution to ensure the health and well being of the puppy including that said puppy's parents have no known hereditary defects. Buyer assumes all responsibility for this puppy once it has left Sellers care. Buyer agrees to take Puppy to the Veterinarian of their choice within 3 business days of receiving puppy. If the Veterinary examination indicates the Puppy is unsound due to a life threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the Puppy may be returned to Seller for an exchange of equal value, Sellers choice. There will be no cash refund given. Seller is limited to one year from date of purchase to replace Puppy. Return of original Puppy must be within 3 business days of said Veterinarian visit at Buyers expense and accompanied by all original paperwork provided by Seller, all health records from Buyer, letter from examining Veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. All test and completed results, x-rays and any medications given or being given to Puppy must also be forwarded with Puppy to Seller. Buyer must contact Seller immediately upon discovery of this life threatening genetic defect. Any delay in doing so voids this guarantee. Seller guarantee's puppy against fatal viruses for 72 hours after Puppy leaves Sellers care. These include but are not limited to Distemper, Parvo and Corona. Seller does not guarantee against common puppy issues such as but not limited to Coccidia which can be caused by stress, worms, Giardia, ear mites or Kennel Cough. These are common puppy ailments and easily treated. Your Puppy has been treated on a schedule from the age of two weeks for these conditions and it is now the Buyers responsibility to continue any needed treatments and to have Puppy checked for parasites on a regular basis. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This condition is very preventable. There is no guarantee against retained testicles, poor adult bites, adult coat quality or color, luxating patella, the ability or inability to reproduce. These are not life threatening issues. Any alterations done to Puppy will void this guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all Veterinarian cost! Puppies are sold primarily as companions. Buyer agrees to provide a comfortable and safe environment. Providing food, clean water and medical care when needed for Puppy to live a healthy and happy live. Buyer agrees to continue vaccinations, worming's and to provide heart worm treatment. Buyer agrees to protect Puppy from unsafe or life threatening conditions and/or situations that could be harmful to the Puppy. If Puppy dies and Buyer is expecting a replacement Puppy, a necropsy must be preformed to determine cause of death.. The Necropsy must be preformed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures such as Texas A&M University, NC State, Louisiana State University, or Michigan State to name a few or another Veterinarian School of Medicine. This shall be done at the Buyers expense. A necropsy preformed by a local Veterinarian will not be accepted. Buyer agrees that this guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the proper vaccinations, wormings, and care for Puppy. This agreement is non-transferable! |
